Falcon Thermal Imaging In Our Trading Computers

Falcon uses infrared thermography to identify hot spots. The cooling design of each Falcon desktop and laptop takes into consideration the areas that need the most cooling. After each computer is built we check it with infrared thermography to make sure that every component is properly cooled. When components run cooler they perform better and last longer.

Why We Don't Use All-in-One Liquid Cooling

We want to make sure you get the most dependable Trading Computer that money can buy. Liquid cooling on an All-in-One system isn’t reliable. AIO liquid coolers are more prone to failure than phase change-based air-cooling systems.

We discovered this the hard way. We used to provide AIO systems in the past. Then, through our own use of them, we discovered that 15% of them failed during testing. 40% of units that passed our testing failed within a year. After 5 years, the percentage had ballooned to nearly 100%.

Here's why.

Pump failure is a common problem among AIO manufacturers, and they are frequently the first to break. On some coolers, copper is used for the CPU heat sink, but aluminum is utilized for the radiator. Electrochemical corrosion and wear over time will cause an impeller to cease or a blockage that prevents liquid from flowing as a result of mixing metal types. Another issue that can arise with AIO Liquid coolers is the rubber used may deteriorate over time and burst, resulting in a catastrophic failure that destroys your trading computer. The undesirable consequences: are excessive heat, component failure, system freezing, resulting in missing trades, and lost opportunities.
